I was back at my parent’s house for a couple of days last week and in all honesty, I didn’t want to be there for some personal reasons so getting out the house was a must.

Things have been a bit all over the place recently and progress with getting out the house and working on my mental health had slowed down but with the added incentive to not be in the house it was the perfect opportunity to grab the camera and get out and about.

Newton Solney is a village not far from where I grew up, it’s only about a 5-10 minute drive and I pass through all the time. However, I have never really spent any time exploring this affluent place.

The weather was exceptional and with the flowers and trees coming into bloom over the last few weeks. It was a real pleasure to be outside enjoying the sunshine and taking photos.

This little outing sparked something in me to start wanting to do more and also made me realise it’s time to start kicking on and pushing myself again.

Check out the photos I took below;
